Job DescriptionThe Foreman at TSTC plays a pivotal role in the operation and upkeep of our facilities including maintenance, custodial, or roads and grounds. This position ensures that all facilities are maintained to the highest standards of safety and efficiency. The Foreman will lead a team of skilled and semi-skilled teammates, coordinate daily activities, manage projects, and ensure the campus environment is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
