Essential Functions & Responsibilities Director, Talent Acquisition The Director, Talent Acquisition leads the design, execution, and continuous evolution of the company's talent acquisition strategy. This role serves as a strategic business partner and trusted advisor to hiring managers, HR business partners and senior leaders while also remaining deeply connected to day-to-day execution and delivery of the talent acquisition team. The Director will build, scale, and lead a high-performing Talent Acquisition team to support the company's hiring needs and ensure that Arcwood attracts, engages, and hires top talent across all functions -including CDL drivers, plant and field technicians, engineers, sales professionals, and corporate roles. The ideal candidate is both a strategic leader and an operational executor-someone who sets direction and executes the Talent Acquisition vision while also actively engaging in the work. This leader is comfortable recruiting, interviewing, configuring ATS platforms, building analytics and reporting, and presenting insights directly to executive leadership.
Education - Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or related field (required)
- Master's degree or professional certification e.g. SHRM-SCP, SPHR (preferred) Experience
