Batching / Quality Control Technician

Location: Littleton, MA

Pay Rate: $22.00 - $22.50 per hour + $1.50 shift differential

Schedule: 1st or 2nd Shift

We are hiring a detail-oriented Batching / Quality Control Technician to support manufacturing and quality operations in a regulated production environment. This role is ideal for candidates with at least one year of QC experience in food, beverage, or medical manufacturing who are comfortable working with lab equipment and production systems.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Operate and monitor production lines, adjusting materials and finished goods to maintain proper flow and equipment performance.
  • Perform in-process testing using laboratory equipment such as pH meters, scales, HPLC, and in-line monitoring systems.
  • Ensure product quality and packaging standards are met through routine inspections and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate daily records of tests, results, and batch documentation to support regulatory compliance.
  • Support aseptic sampling, testing procedures, and basic calculations and conversions.
  • Troubleshoot minor mechanical and process issues; escalate quality concerns as needed.
  • Clean and sanitize equipment and maintain strong housekeeping standards.
  • Follow all plant safety programs and standard operating procedures.



Qualifications:



  • High school diploma required.
  • Minimum one year of QC experience in food, beverage, or medical manufacturing preferred.
  • Experience working with laboratory equipment and regulated documentation practices.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or on a team.
