Pay Rate: $38.00 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift (Flexibility is needed to cover early starts and sometimes 2nd shift)

You know your way around tools, machines, and tough jobs. We're hiring a Lead Maintenance Technician who can troubleshoot, repair, and keep the shop running strong.

What You'll Need:

• GED or high school diploma.
• 5+ years of experience.
• Previous experience in a leadership role.
• Ablet o lift 50 lbs.
• Experience working with printing equipment (Heidelberg, Komori, Bobst) in addition to standard manufacturing equipment.

Your Workday in Action:

• Regulate all mechanical and electrical repairs.
• Determine schedules and assignments for work activity.
• Provide leadership and training to employees.
• Communicate clearly with team members.
• Evaluate employees' work performance.
• Oversee projects involving the installation of machinery.
