As a Client Success Specialist, you will:

  Deliver high-quality, fan-generating service through a queue-based case management system

  Partner closely with Sales to ensure clients are set up for success and achieving their hiring goals

  Analyze operational data to identify recruitment challenges and provide data-driven recommendations

  Increase client satisfaction at every touchpoint while improving the outcomes of client recruitment investments

  
  
• 
  

  Proactively assess account performance, identify risks, and recommend strategic solutions

  
  
• 
  

  Collaborate with managers, team leads, and peers to achieve KPIs and productivity goals

  Contribute to team initiatives, share best practices, and mentor new hires as needed

  Communicate case studies, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders
