• High School Diploma required; Manufacturing Management or equivalent experience preferred
• 5+ years of supervisory experience managing 15+ employees in a fast-paced, quick-turn production environment
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Hands-on experience with production practices, troubleshooting, and quality control
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, 5S, and Lean Manufacturing principles
• Experience with compliance-related operations and standards (financial, banking, healthcare, etc.)
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Problem-solving, prioritization, and workflow management skills
• Experience with digital printing, mail production, postal regulations, and G7 color management preferred
• Knowledge of postal regulations and mailing operations (preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 15+ employees, addressing employee-centered issues such as performance management, conflict resolution, coaching, goal setting, and employee engagement
• Hands-on supervision of daily operations, including workflow scheduling, staff management, productivity and quality monitoring, troubleshooting production processes, and ensuring 100% customer satisfaction
• Communicate daily with other shifts and departments regarding workflow, staffing, and production issues
• Develop and implement strategies to continuously exceed performance goals and improve production efficiency
• Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 standards, 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and relevant operational regulations
• Document, manage, and communicate employee performance and operational issues accurately
• Support digital printing and insertion operations, including roll and sheet-fed devices, G7 color management, and Xerox/Canon printers (Color Stream 3900)
• Extend hours or work weekends as needed, especially during peak periods such as January
