Job Overview:

The Financial Analyst provides leadership at both the strategic and operational levels regarding financial planning, expense control, and process improvement. They aim to grow the business while developing a strong partnership with our business partners. Additionally, they perform other duties as assigned.

What You Will Do:



  • Evaluate budgets and partner cross-functionally to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the business, developing strategies to mitigate risks and maximize performance.
  • Partner with business teams to develop forecasts and plans, providing financial and strategic guidance to drive growth in this key area.
  • Analyze and validate data from business partners to ensure accuracy and completeness; update key drivers and assumptions to improve the precision of financial planning and forecasting.
  • Enhance existing financial models and develop carrier analytics to strengthen business insights.
  • Support the Director in analyzing financial performance against key metrics, identifying trends, expense reduction opportunities, and ways to improve forecast accuracy.
  • Create ad hoc reports and analyses to evaluate the impact of business initiatives and their interdependencies.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve quality, accuracy, and consistency in financial processes and reporting.
  • Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships, and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities.
  • In addition to the essential duties mentioned above, other duties may be assigned.


Skills you will need:

Cross-functional Collaboration - Strong ability to collaborate across teams, including Finance, Accounting, Store Environment, Technology, Analytics, Logistics, and Strategy, to align business goals and support store initiatives.

Financial Modeling and Reporting - Experience in conducting in-depth financial analysis to assess and present the impact of store initiatives and drive decision-making.

Strategic Thinking and Problem Solving - Strong strategic and creative thinking skills to assess complex financial scenarios, identify opportunities, and implement solutions that drive business performance.

Communication and Presentation - Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data clearly and concisely to senior leadership and stakeholders at various levels.

Technical Skills Proficiency - Ability to extract data from multiple systems and applications, including Oracle, OneStream, and General Ledger. Proficiency in MS Office computer programs is also required.

Professional Maturity and Discretion: Ability to handle highly sensitive information with a high level of professionalism, maturity, and discretion.

Who You Are



  • Candidates with a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field are encouraged to apply. 1+ years of related experience required.
  • Regularly required to sit, talk, hear; use hands/fingers to touch, handle, and feel. Occasionally required to move about the workplace and reach with hands and arms. Requires close vision.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs.
