Responsibilities A strategic and visionary Chief Credit Strategy Officer will spearhead strategic initiatives, including the evaluation of our people, processes and systems to determine the most effective and efficient operating model for our credit risk management organization. Reporting directly to the CCO, this executive-level position will be pivotal in shaping and executing our credit risk strategy, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and Heightened Standards and industry best practices. The role requires a deep understanding of credit risk, data analytics, and automation to drive informed decision-making and enhance overall organizational effectiveness. This position will also be a managerial role with a team of credit policy, credit systems and data and credit reporting professionals driving many of these initiatives. We are an in-office culture with offices throughout Chicago land and will consider candidates based throughout our footprint from Fargo to Chattanooga. Salary Range The salary range for this position is $136,000 - $279,100 per year plus bonus. The base salary indicated for this position reflects the compensation range applicable to all levels of the role across the United States. Actual salary offers within this range may vary based on a number of factors, including the specific responsibilities of the position, the candidate's relevant skills and professional experience, educational qualifications, and geographic location. Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in credit risk management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within financial services or a related industry.
