Job Title: Recruiter - III

Duration: 3 Months
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Serve as a key member of the Executive Search Center of Excellence within Global Talent Acquisition.
- Lead executive-level talent research, including organizational mapping, talent intelligence, competitor analysis, and global labor market insights.
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies that drive high-quality, diverse talent pipelines for VP-level and above roles across organization.
- Leverage a diverse array of sourcing platforms-LinkedIn Recruiter, CRMs, resume databases, professional networks, associations, conferences, and market reports-to identify, engage, and assess prospective executive-level talent.
- Partner closely with Executive Recruiters to understand role requirements, calibrate on talent profiles, and provide curated longlists, talent insights, and recommended sourcing strategies.
- Collaborate with the Inclusion & Diversity COE, Talent Communities, sourcing teams, HR, and business stakeholders to build sustained, diverse executive talent pipelines aligned with strategic workforce planning.
- Deliver high-quality market maps, research briefs, talent summaries, and competitive intelligence used to inform hiring decisions and succession planning.
- Engage early-stage candidates to assess interest, alignment, motivators, and fit before advancing them to Executive Recruiters.
- Manage multiple concurrent sourcing projects, adjusting priorities and timelines based on business needs.
- Maintain rigorous data hygiene, reporting, and documentation within ATS/CRM systems (LinkedIn Recruiter, Yello, Rooster).
- Provide timely updates to Executive Recruiters and HR partners, including pipeline progress, talent insights, and market trends.
- Partner with the TA Specialist on coordination, project support, and process optimization initiatives.
- Cultivate strong relationships across the TA, HR, and business communities; serve as a trusted advisor on the external talent landscape.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sourcing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Basic Qualifications
- 8+ Years of research, sourcing, or talent intelligence experience within the biopharmaceutical, healthcare, medical device, or life sciences sectors.
- Experience sourcing executive-level talent (VP+) in a corporate or retained search environment, ideally within a complex, matrixed organization.
- Strong expertise in organizational mapping, competitive intelligence, and market analytics.
- Deep understanding of the external executive talent landscape and talent movement globally.
- Demonstrated ability to build diverse pipelines and apply inclusive sourcing strategies.
- Advanced skill using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, CRMs, talent intelligence platforms, market research databases, and talent mapping technology.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and consultative partnership skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to independently drive multiple concurrent research workstreams.
- Experience handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion, judgment, and professionalism.
