As a Talent Acquisition Programs Consultant focused on early career and emerging talent, you will help shape and deliver programs that attract and develop future talent across the Associated Bank footprint. You'll partner closely with Talent Acquisition leadership to strengthen university and workforce partnerships, enhance the candidate experience, and build strong talent pipelines. Regular travel is required to attend recruitment events and campus engagements, serving as a brand ambassador to support talent attraction efforts.

Key Accountabilities

  • Coordinate daily operations of talent acquisition early career programs, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for participants.
  • Coordinate and attend career fairs, conferences, and networking events to promote the Associated Bank brand.
  • Manage relationships with universities, career services, faculty, and workforce organizations to build and strengthen talent pipelines.
  • Execute multi-channel recruitment strategies leveraging social media, job boards, events, networking, and targeted outreach campaigns, including creating engaging recruitment content.
  • Track and analyze recruiting data to measure program effectiveness and inform hiring strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and recruiting best practices.
  • Support full-cycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt roles, from sourcing through onboarding.

Education & Experience

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-3 years of Talent Acquisition or Human Resources experience.
  • 1-3 years of recruiting experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting university relations or early career programs.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment marketing tools.
  • Experience with public speaking or presenting in front of various sized groups.
