JOB DESCRIPTION
Please note that there are two positions available. By applying to this requisition, you will be considered for both openings. The Talent Development Lead is responsible for leading a team of Instructional Designers while also contributing directly to the design, development, and delivery of training programs that support employee capability, operational readiness, and performance across Delta Dental. This role provides day-to-day people leadership, including coaching, performance support, scheduling, and quality oversight, and ensures the team consistently delivers effective, engaging learning experiences across live, virtual, and digital formats. Working closely with People Organization, operational leaders, and subject matter experts, the Talent Development Lead helps assess learning needs, maintain training materials, execute training programs, and support continuous improvement of enterprise learning experiences.
