As a Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Intern you will support key initiatives that strengthen our employer brand, enhance our recruiting infrastructure, and elevate our overall candidate experience. You will gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of Talent Acquisition and HR Operations while contributing to projects that create lasting organizational impact.

What you'll do on a typical day:

  • Partner with TA and HR leaders to elevate the quality and effectiveness of job postings.

  • Analyze performance data from Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms.

  • Surface insights that inform data-driven sourcing decisions and channel optimization.

  • Review, refine, and standardize job descriptions across global teams.

  • Ensure all job content reflects consistency, clarity, and alignment with our employer brand.

  • Provide recommendations to enhance application flow, visibility, and ROI of recruitment efforts.

  • Collaborate with Learning & Development (L&D) to support the creation of a scalable Internship Program.

  • Contribute to frameworks and processes that support a long-term, sustainable talent pipeline.

  • Assist with updating notification and message templates to improve clarity and candidate experience.

  • Support Workday enhancements and other HR systems improvements through data validation, testing, and documentation.

What you need to succeed at RXO:

At a minimum, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, and currently pursuing a bachelor's degree

  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

It'd be great if you also have:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Intermediate proficiency with SharePoint and the ability to navigate, update, and organize content effectively.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.

  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

  • Solid analytical and writing skills, with the ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations.
