As a Marketing Intern within our Communications team, you'll have the opportunity to work with dedicated professionals in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, while learning the skills that will help you build a meaningful career. What you'll do on a typical day:

  • Learn about marketing functionality within a corporate environment, channel management and engagement, and building/execution of marketing campaigns
  • Gain an understanding of industry trends and company initiatives
  • Complete special projects as needed
  • Assist in the development of content and front-end management for all marketing channels, including rxo.com website
  • Work closely with members of Communication and Marketing team members on content and channel execution

What you need to succeed at RXO:

At a minimum, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, and currently pursuing a bachelor's degree
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

It'd be great if you also have:

  • Experience with digital marketing (including email, social media, digital advertising, marketing analytics) or content management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Energetic work style with a strong drive to succeed
  • Self-motivated instincts with the ability to work well with minimal direct supervision or in a team environment and consult with team members/management as needed
