Overview
Amyx is seeking to hire a Program Analyst located on Wright-Patterson AFB, Dayton, OH.
Responsibilities
Direct Support to Defense Health Agency (DHA) Medical Services Program Office at Wright-Patterson AFB, Dayton, OH:
Provide administrative, general clerical and documentation support as follows: work with program managers to facilitate a comprehensive tracking and reporting program to include contact with government contracting representatives and government leadership and review of electronic records in various government systems.
- Provide guidance to vendors and contractors to prepare, correct, and submit contract monthly deliverables
- Track the delivery, reconciliation, and acceptance of Contractor performance reports and submissions.
- Provide records management support; technical writing/proof reading; prepare/edit and submit documents in DHA the required DHA format and provide procurement documentation to DHA management.
- Assist DHA program management personnel regarding contractor monthly data submission Contract/Monthly Performance Status Reports.
- Work closely with Contractor vendor companies to support submission of monthly data reports
- Provide subject matter expertise on DHA business rules that guide staff practices/procedures, etc.
- Review work products for correctness and adherence to DHA standards, policies and procedures.
- Prepare briefings, talking papers and bullet background papers for presentation to senior executive level officials in the military and civilian service. Ensure correctness and adherence to DoD's and DHA's standards, policies, and procedures.
- Prepare responses to Congressional inquiries.
- Provide administrative support including typing, filing distribution of reports, data entry, and preparation of presentations, meeting scheduling and other administrative duties.
- Provide administrative, general clerical and documentation support as follows: work with program managers to facilitate a comprehensive tracking and reporting program to include contact with government CORs and government Supervisors and review of electronic records in various government systems.
- Attend and create a record of meetings; review work products and assist staff with timely completion of taskers using approved formats provided by the government; track suspense actions.
- Extend/observe military protocol.
- Must have the ability to communicate accurate information
Supported Technologies: Proficient with MS Office Suite; Records Management
Qualifications
Required:
- Familiarity with Government Contracting
- Prior use and maintenance of database applications and content
Preferred:
- A 4-year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree with a major in any field:
- that includes or is supplemented by at least 24 semester hours
- Prior DoD, Air Force, or DHA experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or Clerical Admin support
