WHAT YOU WILL DO
The Supervisor-Warehouse position is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily warehouse activities such as receiving and storing parts, managing inventory levels, ensuring the efficient delivery of parts to other locations, supervising staff, and securing the warehouse. Interacts with customers and other supervisors regarding the delivery or parts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
-Assigns work within company warehouse.
-Managing, evaluating, and reporting on warehouse productivity.
-Conduct annual performance reviews for assigned operational unit.
-Investigate & document events of work-related Injury and/or property damages.
-Maintain effective work, vacation and training scheduled for assigned staff.
-Submit accurate time records related to work performed and/or hours worked.
-May have to lift up to 25 pounds on occasion
-Requires frequent hand use for typing, operating the phone, handling materials, and other job-related tasks
-May work in situations where hazards may be present
-Other duties as assigned

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
-High school diploma required, college and/or business management preferred.
-Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor or a similar management position.
KNOWLEDGE, TECHNICAL SKILL, & ABILITIES
-Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and on-call hours as required.
-Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, adaptability and a strong customer service focus.
-Sense of urgency and self-initiative, and the personal drive for success.
-Excellent communication skills.
