Portland, OR. Senior Application Developer

Optimize and enhance solutions for efficiency and cost reduction in operations. Work closely with business analysts, architects, and other developers to design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our enterprise work and asset management business partners.

Lead development of solutions in Maximo and other work and asset management related systems. Lead and/or execute the design and build of integration components and interfaces. Apply best practices and standards to ensure code quality, performance, security, and maintainability. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and provide root cause analysis and recommendations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions that meet business requirements and user expectations. Lead and/or contribute to system designs and architectures aligning business needs and technical strategies. Lead and participate in decisions about tools, methods and approaches. Mentor and coach developers and share your knowledge and expertise. Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies.

Experience and Required Skills:

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering Management, Engineering Technology, Engineering and Technology Management or related field, 5 years of experience supporting Maximo applications suites and 5 years of experience with Field scheduling and mobile Applications, 5 years of experience in programming language such as Java and Python. All experience and requirements can be gained concurrently after achievement of the degree.

Compensation Range:

$118,725.00 - $197,875.00

Actual total compensation, including a performance based incentive bonus, is commensurate with experience, skills, qualifications, education, training, and internal equity. While we anticipate the selected candidate for this position will fall towards the middle or entry point of the compensation range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis.
