Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for an Equipment Operator to join the team at our Monroe Twp., NJ facility.

Work Authorization: To be considered for Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Your Shift: 2nd Shift Monday - Friday | 2:00pm - 10:30pm

Your Responsibilities:

* Start and monitor equipment operation
* Feed or load stock
* Lift cartons from pallets, carry cartons to printer(s); open cartons, lift stock out, slice stock if necessary or fan stock
* Conduct quality checks and visually inspect all press output to ensure high quality production in accordance with process standards and/or guidelines
* Perform required preventative maintenance on equipment
* Read and interpret job tickets and work instructions
* Meet production goals and requirements as related to run rates and waste
* Complete required documentation as it relates to production, quality and equipment maintenance
* Maintain attendance according to facility guidelines
* Work constructively with co-workers and supervisors in performing daily responsibilities

You Must Have:
* Ability to read and interpret written instructions, job tickets and numbers in English
* Ability to perform basic mathematical functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
* Basic computer and keyboard skills
* Ability to communicate effectively with fellow employees
* Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form

Requirements Within This Position:

* Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
* Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
* Frequently required to move inside the facility
* Regularly move up to 50+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)
* Constantly operates machinery and handles printed materials

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $17-18. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation's total compensation and benefits package for employees.
