Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our Global Workplace Services (GWS) team. This role will focus on business process alignment/analysis, and lead IT Data solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Work with various teams, stakeholders, and business owners to elicit requirements and align process changes.

  • Support Snowflake data ingestion, modeling, and performance optimization; leverage SnowPro certifications (Core/Advanced) to guide best practices.

  • Manage data quality, governance, and scalable pipelines across AWS/Azure Data Lake environments, ensuring secure and reliable data operations.

  • Drive integration and solution design across Cloud (AWS/Azure) platforms, incorporating AI/ML and Generative AI-based automation where applicable.

  • Build and enhance datasets, dataflows, and dashboards in Power BI, utilizing Power BI Data Analyst (PL300) certification knowledge for highquality analytics delivery.

  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business requirements and processes.

  • Communicate clearly and consistently with Business, IT teams, and other stakeholders throughout various project phases.

  • Experience with configuring application settings, user management of cloud applications.

  • Take ownership of technical solutions from design, Various Data Integrations, Data Security, Data access and architecture perspective, ensure the right direction.

  • Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.

  • Test enhancements and bug fixes; coordinate user acceptance testing.

  • API Integrations with third party tools and Project Management skills

  • Ensure deliverables are completed within timelines.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues

  • Continuous Improvement, Mitigating the risks within business processes and IT solutions

  • Process automations experience good to have like UIPATH, AI Automations and Advanced Data Analytics

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience with HTML, SQL, Web applications, .Net integrations, moderate AI/ ML capability driven transformation.

  • Certifications and Previous Experience in Snowflake and Power BI Analytics

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science or related technical field is required.

  • Eight (8) years of experience in roles such as Business Process Associate, Business Analyst, or Scrum Master.

  • Experience in Cloud Architecture, cloud application administration (AWS/Azure/Oracle).

  • Proven experience in eliciting end-user requirements and mapping 'As-Is' and 'To-Be' processes.

  • Exceptional articulation, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in Visio, MS Office tools, ServiceNow, and other relevant platforms.

  • Experience with end-to-end project delivery and agile methodologies.

  • Time management and client facing skills to effectively meet challenging deadlines.

  • Ability to suggest innovative solutions based on new technologies and the latest trends.

    Base Pay Range: $111,100.00 - $188,900.00 Annually Primary Location: USA-MI-Ann Arbor-KLA KLA's total rewards package for employees may also include participation in performance incentive programs and eligibility for additional benefits including but not limited to: medical, dental, vision, life, and other voluntary benefits, 401(K) including company matching, employee stock purchase program (ESPP), student debt assistance, tuition reimbursement program, development and career growth opportunities and programs, financial planning benefits, wellness benefits including an employee assistance program (EAP), paid time off and paid company holidays, and family care and bonding leave.

    Interns are eligible for some of the benefits listed. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed reflects the pay for this position in the primary location identified in this posting. Actual pay depends on several factors, including state minimum pay wage rates, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education level or training.
