We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to help bring our brand to life across the bank and in the communities we serve. In this role, you'll support signage and display management, branded merchandise, promotional efforts, and provide graphic design and marketing operations support that drives sales and engagement. You'll collaborate closely with marketing leadership and cross-functional teams on a variety of initiatives, making an impact through high-quality service, strong organization, and a sharp eye for brand consistency.

Signage and Display Management

  • Coordinate the installation and removal of all Lake Ridge Bank signage, including:
  • Commercial/Construction signage (both wooden and mesh displays)
  • Real Estate signage
  • Enlighten monitor displays (updated monthly or as appropriate)
  • ATM/ITM messaging & wraps
  • Interior and exterior marketing signage
  • Exterior digital signage at Lake Ridge Bank offices
  • Work with Creative Services on template designs
  • For Commercial and Real Estate signage:
  • Develop/outline/communicate process/protocol to respective teams
  • Process and track requests, installations & removals
  • Request V-shaped wooden signs or mesh signs as appropriate
  • Affix mesh signs (with assistance as needed)
  • Take photo with or without banker for each project
  • Provide photos and job descriptions to the Social Media Specialist
  • For digital displays:
  • Secure assets for each campaign and schedule rotation for each location (including custom local messaging)
  • Maintain database of campaign assets used by date and location, update as appropriate
  • Monitor and troubleshoot program functionality
  • For print displays:
  • Document inventory of sign sizes by location (including 8-1/2x11 window clings, teller displays, etc.)
  • Distribute signage to each location as appropriate for each campaign
  • Maintain database of specific campaign signs used by date and location, update as appropriate

Promotional Items Program

  • Collaborate with Marketing team and Business line leaders to identify promotional item needs
  • Work with vendor/partners to get quotes on items (3 minimum, update once annually)
  • Develop/communicate and manage process/protocol for distribution
  • Maintain and update inventory online portal, re-order as necessary
  • Document requests and distribution, allocation to appropriate business unit; archive records

Graphic Design Production

  • Work with Creative Director to update and produce marketing materials as needed
    • (proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and Quark experience (preferred)
  • Document and track update requests, allocate to appropriate person to complete
  • Manage all work assigned in a timely manner

Advertising Assets Administration

  • Maintain list of various print publications and up-to-date specifications
  • Traffic different advertising units/versions to various print publications
  • Maintain marketing database on SharePoint of specific campaign assets used by date and location; update and reorder as needed
  • Archive assets for audits

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Other support and administrative activities as needed for marketing and sales department
  • Assist with coordination of training, and other special projects as assigned
  • Complete all annual security and compliance training as required
  • Always maintain confidentiality of customer information and marketing strategy
  • Actively participate in bank and department meetings
  • Participates in community involvement/bank activities as appropriate.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned or requested.
Requirements
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to be able to interact and communicate with a diverse group of associates
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Graphic Design Experience required (Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and Quark preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar field and/or 1-2 years previous experience in marketing, communications or similar field.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Flexibility with the ability to adapt to an ever-changing work environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Functional understanding of advanced features in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint with the ability and willingness to learn new programs/software
  • Demonstrated creative abilities
  • Ability to speak, read, write and understand English clearly.
  • Willingness and ability to participate in community functions where the office is involved
  • Ability to represent the organization in a professional, positive manner
  • Has a reliable and working mode of transportation for deliveries as needed
