We are looking for a Construction Project Manager located in Odessa, TX. This is a temporary role expected to last 12-24 months. This is your opportunity to join a global technology company, driving energy innovation for a balanced planet.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. What You Will Do:

  • Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, facility layouts, and resource allocation
  • Monitor project progress against established plans, promptly identifying and addressing technical, operational, or logistical issues that impact ESP performance or project delivery
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders at all levels
  • Prepare regular progress reports summarizing project metrics, equipment performance data, cost tracking, and schedule updates
  • Facilitate project team meetings - including engineering, field operations, vendors, and supply chain-to ensure alignment on deliverables and risks
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder requirements
  • Manage project scope and change requests, ensuring all changes are appropriately documented and communicated
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and partners as required to ensure timely and quality project execution
  • Conduct postdeployment evaluations to capture lessons learned, equipment performance insights, and opportunities for design or operational optimization
  • Support preparation and submission of project funding packages or grant applications when applicable, coordinating technical and financial inputs with Permian leadership team
  • Serve as liaison with funding sources, external partners, and internal stakeholders to communicate project objectives, requirements, and follow-up documentation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or a related field preferred, however an equivalent combination of extensive industry experience and proven project management capability will be considered in lieu of a degree
  • 15 years of relevant experience in project management, CAPEX execution, facility construction and layout, ESP operations, and LEAN process improvement
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience managing multiple projects concurrently
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in AutoCAD
