Job Description

We're looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations while supporting branch and corporate goals. This role ensures efficient inventory management, safe operations, and strong team performance, all while delivering an excellent internal and external customer experience.


What You'll Do


Leadership & Team Management




  • Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse associates and delivery drivers



  • Manage scheduling and labor to control overtime and maximize productivity



  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback



  • Support and enforce company policies and safety standards




Warehouse Operations




  • Oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory accuracy



  • Maintain proper inventory levels, rotation (FIFO), and product organization



  • Manage repack operations, labeling, and system data entry



  • Lead cycle counts and assist with full physical inventories



  • Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe work environment



  • Audit warehouse processes to ensure accountability and efficiency




Delivery Operations




  • Train and support lubricant delivery drivers



  • Monitor routing effectiveness and delivery standards



  • Oversee bulk loading/unloading compliance and procedures




We're Looking For


  • Prior warehouse leadership or supervisory experience



  • Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse processes



  • Ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable



  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills



  • Comfortable working with systems and Microsoft Office



  • Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
