Position Overview

The Senior Analyst, Portfolio Management supports the oversight and performance evaluation of Vantage's North America portfolio. This role provides analytical rigor, financial visibility, and clear portfolio insights to enable informed decisionmaking across asset performance, commercial outcomes, and longterm strategic planning. The Senior Analyst develops and maintains performance reporting, analyzes profitability and portfolio trends, and partners crossfunctionally to ensure leadership receives accurate, actionable intelligence on existing assets and commercial activity.

Essential Job Functions

  • Portfolio & Deal Performance Tracking:

  • Maintain and improve financial models for customer contracts and provide recurring performance and ROI analyses.

  • Track key asset level metrics such as IRR, delivery schedules, capital spend, and revenue performance.

  • Run sensitivity analyses and prepare clear, insight driven materials for leadership and the Board.

  • Lease Amendment & Renewal Analysis:

  • Support underwriting for lease amendments and renewals by analyzing pricing, commercial terms, asset constraints, and financial impacts.

  • Build scenariobased financial models to inform negotiation strategies.

  • Partner with crossfunctional teams to gather inputs and validate assumptions.

  • Portfolio Reporting & Insights:

  • Contribute to the creation of monthly and quarterly performance reports that highlight key trends in asset performance, customer activity, deal changes, risks, and value impact.

  • Maintain dashboards and datasets that serve as the single source of truth for portfolio metrics, leasing results, churn, concentration, and competitive positioning.

  • Assist in producing benchmarking and comparables analysis across markets and assets to support portfolio optimization.

Forecasting, Planning & Variance Analysis:

  • Update models with actuals and revised forecasts to support business case visibility.

  • Identify drivers of budgettoactual variances and communicate key findings to leadership.

  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of portfolio data across systems and reporting tools.

  • Delivery & Asset Readiness Tracking:

  • Track delivery timelines and asset readiness across sites to support commercial planning and customer commitments.

  • Maintain visibility into milestones, risks, and dependencies that could impact commercial outcomes.

Risk Assessment & Recommendations:

  • Evaluate risks associated with customer agreements, operational constraints, and market conditions.

  • Provide analytical recommendations to guide pricing, capital allocation, and assetlevel strategy.

  • Executive Reporting & Cross-Functional Support:

  • Prepare regular and adhoc reports for senior leadership and investors, including portfolio summaries and performance insights.

  • Work closely with teams across Sales, Construction, Development, Finance, Energy, and others to ensure reporting reflects uptodate information.

  • Support additional analytical projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field required.

  • Advanced degree (MBA, MS-Finance) a plus but not required.

Experience:

  • 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, investment analysis, corporate finance, consulting, or related fields requiring strong modeling and analytical capabilities.

  • Experience in data centers or commercial/industrial real estate preferred, but not required.

  • Exposure to investment underwriting, portfolio analytics, or performance reporting strongly beneficial.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and financial modeling skills.

  • High attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work under tight deadlines.

  • Ability to synthesize data into clear, concise insights for senior audiences.

  • Strong communication skills and executiveready writing and presentation abilities.

  • Selfstarter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required

  • Travel up to 5%, with potential for modest increases over time.

Additional Details

  • Salary Range: $110,000 - $120,000 Base + Bonus (this range is based on Colorado market data and may vary in other locations)

  • This position is eligible for company benefits including but not limited to medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and AD&D, short and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program that includes company match, and many other additional voluntary benefits.

  • Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including your qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
