HR Business Partner

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid)

Compensation: Competitive base + benefits

The HR Business Partner provides hands-on HR support and strategicpartnershipto leaders acrossTogetherwork. This role serves as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, delivering core HR services across employee relations, performance, compliance, and engagement.

The role also plays an important part in advancing modern, scalablepeoplepractices, including the effective use of AI-enabled tools and data-driven insights across HR and the business. This position bridges day-to-day HR execution with proactive organizational guidance, helping ensurepeoplesystems are consistent, effective, and able to scale as the company grows.

What You'll Do:

Strategic HR Partnership



  • Partner with leaders to strengthen team performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness


  • Act as a thought partner on talent, performance, and workforce decisions


  • Translate people programs, policies, and initiatives into clear, practical guidance for leaders and teams


  • Balance confidence in HRexpertisewith openness to learning, feedback, and new perspectives


Employee Relations, Performance, and Manager Support



  • Advise managers and employees on employee relations matters, workplace issues, and HR policies


  • Support performance management, feedback, coaching, and development conversations


  • Enable managers to make people decisions with confidence, fairness, and consistency


  • Bring empathy, sound judgment, and a steady, human presence to sensitive or complex situations


AI-Enabled HR and Data-Informed Decision Making



  • Use people data, dashboards, and AI-enabled tools toidentifytrends, generate insights, and recommend actions


  • Support adoption and effective use of AI-enabled HR processes across performance, learning, hiring, and workforce insights


  • Continuously explore new tools and approaches, ask better questions, and improve how HR delivers value


  • Help managers responsibly interpret and apply data and AI-generated insights in people decisions


HR Programs, Systems, and Culture



  • Contribute to HR initiatives including onboarding, talent development, engagement, and culture programs


  • Serve as a connector between business needs and HR programs, tools, and systems


  • Support change management and communication as new HR processes, tools, or technologies are introduced


  • Bring energy and optimism to strengthening culture and the employee experience, even when the work is complex or evolving


Compliance and Operational Excellence



  • Ensure consistent application of policies and compliance with employment laws and internal standards


  • Balance employee advocacy with business needs whilemaintainingintegrity and trust


  • Take ownership for outcomes and follow-through, even in ambiguous or fast-moving situations


What You'll Bring:





    • Strong foundationacross core HR areas including employee relations, performance management, and compliance
    • 2+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner


    • Ability to think strategically whileremainingcomfortable with hands-on execution


    • A learning-oriented mindset that values listening, curiosity, ownership, and continuous improvement
