Construction Concrete Foreman

Pay Range: $35.00 - $40.00/Hour + Benefits

Hours: 6am - 3pm, Mon to Fri

BBSI is hiring an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead field operations for a growing construction company known for quality, accountability, and craftsmanship. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows concrete inside and out , from ADA-compliant flatwork to curb & gutter installation and takes pride in running a safe, efficient, and productive job site.

About the Role

As the Concrete Foreman, you will oversee daily field operations and lead a crew of 5-10 workers, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to specification. You'll be the go-to leader on site, coordinating labor, enforcing quality standards, and serving as the link between the field and project management.

Duties:

• Lead and supervise concrete construction projects from start to finish
• Oversee ADA-compliant concrete work, including sidewalks, ramps, and flatwork
• Manage curb & gutter installations, forming, pouring, and finishing
• Supervise, train, and motivate a crew of 5-10 concrete professionals
• Ensure job site safety, quality control, and productivity standards are met
• Read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and layout drawings
• Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and subcontractors
• Track daily progress, materials, and labor needs
• Troubleshoot field issues and adjust plans as needed to keep projects moving

Qualifications/Requirement:

• 8+ years of hands-on concrete commercial construction experience
• Foreman or lead experience running concrete crews
• Strong knowledge of ADA compliance and municipal concrete standards
• Proven experience with curb & gutter, sidewalks, and flatwork
• Ability to manage crews, schedules, and job site logistics
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
