Seeking a Contracts Analyst who has experience with Microsoft, dell, any clinical applications contract review and negotiation. Candidate will have to go into the office On Mondays of every week at this current point. No changes in the near future on work schedule. Skilled in: Reviewing business terms, Identifying risks or operational impacts, Preparing negotiation summaries, Managing renewals, pricing, and vendor performance, Comfortable negotiating technology, supply chain, or operational contracts, focusing on business, financial, and service-level terms. Experience collaborating with legal teams, but not responsible for drafting legal language or performing legal review.
