Key Responsibilities * Evaluate loan applications, explain loan options, and guide clients through the approval process. * Work with banks, credit unions, or other financial institutions to ensure loans are processed accurately and in compliance with regulations. * Train directly under top-producing Mortgage Bankers and leadership. * Learn and apply real sales tactics through hands-on coaching. * Take and make calls from warm leads from multiple referral and lead sources. * Learn how to use our CRM and loan origination systems. * Provide top-tier customer service to clients and referral partners. * Participate in sales meetings, contests, and performance incentives. * Work in a fast-paced, competitive team environment that rewards effort and results. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree OR 2+ years in inside sales, service, military, or commission-based roles. * Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of inside sales, service, military, or commission-based experience preferred. * Background in sales, hospitality, retail, customer service, or athletics. * Outgoing, competitive, and naturally good with people. * Strong communicator (phone, written, and in-person). * Motivated by money, growth, and performance. * Thrives in fast-paced, high-expectation environments. * Self-starter who doesn't need hand-holding after training. * Organized, proactive, and a problem-solver. * Wants to win, not just work.
