Revenue Supervisor - Government Billing We are seeking an experienced Revenue Supervisor to lead our Government Billing team. In this role, you'll oversee Medicare and MediCal hospital billing and collections, ensuring high-quality claims, timely follow-up, and strong team performance. We're specifically looking for someone with deep, hands-on experience in Traditional Medicare institutional billing from claim submission through final resolution. What You'll Do * Lead and support the Government Billing team * Oversee daily workflow, production, and claim quality * Manage complex Medicare/MediCal issues, denials, and appeals * Collaborate with Coding, HIM, Patient Access, Revenue Integrity, Case Management/UR, and IT to remove barriers * Serve as the escalation point for technical payer and claim challenges What We're Looking For * 3+ years of hospital revenue cycle experience * 3+ years of hospital AR management with Medicare, MediCal, PPO/HMO billing & collections * Strong understanding of federal and state billing regulations * Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred * 2+ years of supervisory experience * RHIA or RHIT certification Education * High school diploma or equivalent required If you're a Medicare billing expert who enjoys leading teams and driving operational excellence, we'd love to speak with you!
