NOW HIRING for Remote Member Service Representatives - 25/HR - MUST LIVE in the state of MN and MUST BE Qualified!!! These positions are fully remote, but must be required to go onsite in Bloomington, MN when required. MUST HAVES: 2+ years of healthcare experience customer service in office setting preferably AND 2+ years of high volume phone experience Description: Reps take between 50-70 calls/day (8-10/hour) from members who have questions regarding their current insurance plan. Questions often are regarding coverage, copayments, premium billing, network, premiums, deductibles, etc. This position will be WFH, after a day or so of training in their Bloomington office. They could end up getting called back to the office in 2022 so they need to be ok with that. Shift: Monday-Friday, 9am - 6pm Pay: $25/hr #priorityeast Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bloomington, MN.
