Patient Scheduling Specialist About the Role We are seeking a detailoriented and customerfocused Patient Scheduling Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will ensure patients receive exceptional service while supporting the smooth coordination of scheduling across various departments. You will play a key part in providing clear communication, accurate documentation, and a compassionate experience for every patient interaction. Key Responsibilities * Schedule patient appointments accurately and efficiently. * Follow and reinforce all casescheduling policies and procedures. * Clearly communicate appointment details and any required information to patients and internal teams. * Audit and complete electronic patient and case documentation in a timely manner. * Maintain highquality work while meeting deadlines in a fastpaced environment. * Communicate professionally and effectively with patients, peers, and leadership daily. Required Skills & Qualifications * Strong customer service mindset * Adaptability and willingness to support different departments as needed * Excellent attention to detail, particularly with data entry * Effective and efficient communication skills * Ability to think quickly and respond professionally in dynamic situations * Strong empathy and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications * Bachelor's degree (not required) Core Competencies * Call center experience * Customer service * Data entry Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bloomington, IN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
