OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE FOR LEAD MAINTANENCE TECH Laurel Heights Hospital is a 112-bed facility located in Atlanta Ga. We are dedicated to providing youth with compassionate mental health treatment that encourages self-responsibility and personal growth. We provide psychiatric treatment to children and adolescents that present with a broad range of psychiatric , behavioral disorders and autism. A clinically skilled multidisciplinary team works to partner with the youth and family to accomplish their goals in a supportive and therapeutic environment. Much more online at http://www.laurelheightshospital.com Our Lead Maintenance Tech must have supervisory skills and general experience in electrical mechanical, plumbing and air conditioning along with experience in repairs and maintenance. HVAC CERTIFICATION preferred. Must haveoral communication skills, legible handwriting. The Lead Maintenance Tech must be able to to concentrate on task in high traffic area and able to keep information highly confidential. Must be capable to meet deadlines and set priorities/skills in dealing courteously with the public and with patients within the organization. The Lead Maintenance Tech will work with minimal supervision and have understanding that safety is as important as well as job completion. Key elements of this role is to be flexible and have ability to work closely with patients and staff in a caring and supportive style.
Qualifications Education: High school diploma/GED required.
