As a Security Officer - Entry Control in Casa Grande, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, where you will manage access control, verify credentials, issue badges, and track visitor and vehicle activity using a computer and/or tablet. You will stay visible at key entry points, conduct routine patrols as needed, and document security-related concerns while delivering strong customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and drivers by following site-specific access control procedures at an industrial location, including verifying identification, issuing credentials, and directing authorized entry.
• Monitor entry points, gates, and security-related systems such as cameras, alarms, and visitor management tools, and document activity per post orders.
• Screen incoming and outgoing traffic as required, including employee and visitor belongings, deliveries, and outbound shipments, while maintaining chain-of-custody documentation when assigned.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including activating emergency response activities and notifying appropriate contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, including parking areas, loading docks, and building entrances, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance or access concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.
• Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Customer Service Experience is preferred.
• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
