POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):

Alutiiq Solutions, LLC a subsidiary of Alutiiq, LLC has an opportunity for a Senior Management Analyst.The Senior Management Analyst positionresides within F-35 Joint Strike Fighter, Joint Program Office (JPO), Corporate Operations, Administrative Division in Arlington, Virginia. The Individual must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining an acute understanding of the the Workforce Management Division and the Hand its priorities. Must have the ability to maintain a calm, professional demeanor in a sometimes-unpredictable environment often involving senior leadership is a requirement.



  • The Senior Management Analyst will provide direct support to the Corporate Operations, Administrative Division, and its staff within the Joint Program Office (JPO). This position will provide daily operational support in a constantly high visibility, fast paced, quick turnaround environment.The successful Senior Management Analyst will thrive in a high demand, intense operating environment with an extreme focus of serving the customers' immediate and broad spectrum of requirements.
  • This position requires an individual who can read the situation, assess the desired outcome, and produce a high quality, complete or near complete outcome with minimal to no input from the customer.
  • The incumbent will operate in a multi-customer environment, requiring the unique knowledge to provide each customer regardless of their seniority or rank the highest regard, respect, and support ensuring results expected of the JPO Corporate Operations, Administrative Division support staff.
  • Individuals having prior military senior administrative experience supporting senior leadership is a plus.
  • The successful candidate will present themselves in a professional manner and quickly master/demonstrate a thorough comprehension of the JPO organizational structure, to include its military leadership, civilian, and contractor support teams.


The Senior Management Analyst, will perform other duties as assigned such as:



  • Understand Air Force and Navy Protocols and operating procedures within the JPO.
  • Manage operations for the Corporate Operations, Administrative Division and disseminate daily short and long-term assignments and priorities. Setup, guide and facilitate meetings as needed in support of the overall operations of the team.
  • Design, develop and or review briefings, or documents to assist leadership.
  • Facilitate data gathering and develop tools to support various leadership forums.
  • Manage information using best methods for disseminating information, and documentation review for the executive leadership teams.
  • Ensure action(s) assigned to or assigned by the Corporate Operations, Administrative Division are on track and completed in a timely matter.
  • Provide leadership and vision to client and project teams around methodology, resolves complex problems, which require an in-depth knowledge of analytic methodologies and principles.
  • Manage specific activities of Corporate Operations, Administrative Division as necessary on activities related to the application of analytical techniques and methodologies.


Payrate:$95,680 to $104,000 Annually

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • B.S. or B.A degree. Or A.S. or A.A degree and an additional 4 years of experience may be substitutedfor a BA/BS or an additional eight (8) years of experience may be substituted for a BA/BS.
  • Customer service oriented, possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Expert knowledge of MS Office Suite is a must; Incumbent will operate within the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and other systems (SharePoint, VTC support, and DTS) daily.
  • Must possess demonstrated knowledge and experience applying analytic methodologies and principles to address customer needs.
  • Resume must clearly articulate prior assignments with the type and duration of analytical experience.
  • Demonstrated ability for oral and written communication at the senior management level.
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal guidance.
  • On-site office space will be available, but the employee must also be able to telework as needed.
  • Ability to work in Arlington, VA location.
  • Must possess an active SECRET Security Clearance and U.S. Citizenship status.


Desired Experience:



  • 12 months (within the last 36 months) executive level support at the general or flag-level support experience in an office environment is strongly desired.
  • Possess military experience from an administrative field.
  • Graphics Illustration support (Mid-level experience using SharePoint and PowerPoint).
