Description
Summary Responsible for the design, configuration, integration, administration, and lifecycle management of key credit union applications, including core banking platforms, digital banking platforms, loan origination systems, payment processing, treasury management, document imaging and workflow automation. In partnership with business units, analyze, design, and develop system enhancements to improve the user experience. This role ensures these systems are secure, compliant, and optimized for member services and internal operations. Shows a commitment to continuous learning, and a willingness to understand non-technical business processes. Effectively collaborates and communicates technical concepts and decisions in a way that can be understood by both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely updates and support including escalations. Lead root cause analysis sessions to identify underlying issues and develop effective solutions for complex problems. Ensure solutions align with architecture and engineering best practices.
