Location: 3305 Spring Arbor Road Jackson, MI 49203 Status: Full-Time | Days Schedule: Monday - Friday Setting: 100% Outpatient Call/Weekends: No Weekends. Call - 1 week per year coverage for HF Jackson Primary Care. Position Overview: Henry Ford Health is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Family Medicine team. This provider will deliver high-quality, evidence-based primary care to patients of all ages within a collaborative and well-established practice. Ideal candidates will have two or more years of primary care APP experience, though motivated new graduates are welcome to apply. The practice is in a new building with excellent clinical space, long-standing APP presence, strong physician collaboration, and a high level of autonomy. EPIC EMR is utilized, and the office offers on-site laboratory and diagnostic services, along with a strong focus on quality metrics and comprehensive patient care. Qualifications:
Education & Training * Nurse Practitioner (NP): Completion of a Nurse Practitioner program accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) or the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission (NLNAC) * Physician Assistant (PA): Completion of a Physician Assistant program accredited by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA) Licensure * Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the State of Michigan, or in the process of applying (proof of application required) Certification * NP: National certification by a certification body recognized by the State of Michigan (e.g., ANCC, AANP) * PA: Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) Required Certifications
