Job Summary We are seeking a Marketing Manager, Brand & Creative who will serve as the steward of the Richard brand, shaping how we show up in the market, how our people experience our purpose internally, and how our story scales with our growth. This is not a production-only role. This is a creative leadership role responsible for translating strategy into powerful experiences - across events, campaigns, communications, and culture. The Marketing Manager, Brand & Creative is the brand architect and experience designer for Richard. You will own the creative vision, execution, and consistency of our brand across external marketing, internal communications, executive engagements, and cultural moments. You will partner closely with executive leadership, HR, operations, and third-party creative vendors to ensure every touchpoint reflects our Brand Promise: Build with Purpose. Live with Passion. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution and vendor management. Pay Range: $93,000.00-$135,000.00 The base salary range for this position as of posting is Richard's good faith estimate of the possible compensation for this role. The range for this role takes into account the factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
