We specialize in optimizing, regulating, and stabilizing industrial compressed air and fluid handling systems-delivering reliability and control in the most demanding environments. We're seeking a strategic, results-driven Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join our Finance division. In this pivotal role, you will lead and coordinate core financial planning processes, ensuring the timeliness, accuracy, and integrity of financial information for the Flow Control Solutions business. This role is heavily focused on close activities, budgeting and forecasting, and performance analysis across orders, revenue, manufacturing costs, SG&A, net working capital, and free cash flow. Reporting to the Director of Finance, FCS, you will partner closely with functional leaders to shape the performance narrative, enable data-driven decision-making, and deliver actionable insights that support both near-term execution and long-term strategic goals. The ideal candidate brings strong manufacturing finance experience, with demonstrated ownership of financial planning, forecasting, and modeling processes. They possess advanced Excel capabilities and robust financial modeling expertise, along with proven experience in business partnering and delivering clear, compelling financial insights through management-level presentations. A strong understanding of sales and manufacturing analytics is essential, as is the ability to translate complex financial concepts into meaningful, actionable guidance for non-financial stakeholders. Experience with Infor Syteline is a plus, as is a high level of M&A awareness to support integration activities. Global business exposure and prior experience operating at the Finance Manager level will be viewed favorably, positioning the candidate to quickly add value and influence across the organization. Responsibilities: Financial Planning & Analysis Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, processes, and strategic initiatives. Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning, scenario analysis, and investment decisions. Conduct variance analysis to compare actual performance against budgets and forecasts, providing insights to senior management. This will require working with finance leaders of BUs across multiple time-zones (Asia, Europe, and Americas). Reporting & Insights Prepare and present monthly financial reports and dashboards for executive leadership, highlighting key performance indicators and trends. Analyze financial performance (Sales, Cost, and Margin), identifying risks and opportunities for improvement, and presenting actionable recommendations. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with Manufacturing and Sales leaders to gather inputs for financial forecasts and budgets, ensuring comprehensive and accurate financial planning. Partner with various leaders to evaluate new initiatives and investment opportunities, providing financial insights to support decision-making. Strategic Support Support strategic initiatives and projects by providing financial analysis and guidance on profitability, cost control, and resource allocation. Assist in the development of long-term financial strategies, including capital expenditure planning and investment analysis. Team Mentorship Coach others and foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. Manage workflow and priorities, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of financial insights and reports. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance / Accounting 6+ years of diverse financial experience, including financial planning, reporting & analysis, general accounting, cost accounting, and internal controls 4+ years of FP&A experience with direct ownership of planning, forecasting, and financial modeling 4+ years of hands-on experience with Advanced Excel and financial analysis 3+ years of direct financial accounting experience in a manufacturing environment, including business partnering and management presentations Core Competencies: Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting processes Solid financial acumen, analytical, problem solving, data management, and business partnership skills with careful attention to detail Familiar with Manufacturing business, concepts, reporting Ability to analyze and interpret financial data, and then summarize and communicate the key messages simply and succinctly to team members at all levels of the organization High degree of initiative and self-motivation; drive for continuous improvement Collaborative team player, self-motivated, and process improvement mind set Strong organization and time management skills; able to handle several assignments at one time while working in a matrix organization Preferences: Master of Science in Finance or MBA with a Finance concentration High level M&A awareness Data Analytics Certification Infor Syteline (Infor ecosystem) and/or Axapta (Dynamics AX) Travel and Work Arrangements Remote location based in eastern or central time zone Anticipated travel is less than 10% Pay Range: The base salary range for this role is $110,000 - $135,000 excluding incentive opportunities. The pay range takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and geographic location. Hired applicant will be eligible to receive (discretionary/nondiscretionary) annual bonuses and incentive compensation.
