• Location: Warrenville, IL
• Full Time/Part Time: Full- Time
• Hours: Monday-Friday: M-F: 9:30 am- 6:00 pm
• Rotating Weekends- Yes: 2 Saturdays per quarter 8:00 am - 1:00 pm

What you will need:

• Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED

• Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum one year of Phone Room, call center, healthcare or customer service experience

  • Strong organizational and critical thinking skills

What you will do:

Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures, responsible for reviewing written orders and referrals from physician offices for accuracy and missing information and schedules all outpatient procedures. Follows up with appropriate staff and physician offices on written orders that are received that need clarification and additional information, cancels patient appointments when necessary.
