The Sales Analysis Manager leads a team responsible for sales data stewardship, incentive compensation administration, sales commission analysis, and ICM system management. This role oversees team performance, analyzes sales data to generate actionable insights, optimizes incentive compensation processes, ensures compliance with company policies, and maintains data accuracy and integrity.

This position may be worked remotely within the United States, with the exception of California.

All positions, regardless of location, may require an onsite interview or in-person onboarding requirement to verify your identity.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Oversees daily activities and workflow of the team, providing guidance, support, and performance management to ensure productivity and quality output.
  • Leads the analysis of sales data to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
  • Develops and maintains comprehensive reports and dashboards to track sales performance, incentive compensation, and commission metrics.
  • Identifies and implements process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of sales analysis and compensation administration.
  • Ensures best practices are followed and continuously improved.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and HR, to ensure alignment on sales goals, compensation plans, and data accuracy.
  • Communicates findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
  • Oversees the administration and optimization of applicable incentive compensation management systems to support accurate and timely incentive calculations.
  • Ensures all sales data, compensation calculations, and reporting comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
  • Maintains a high level of accuracy and integrity in all data and reports.
  • Analyzes and evaluates sales metrics, goals, and performance.
  • Develops reporting and analytics that support planning and forecasting.
  • May plan and organize training for sales teams.
  • May perform other job duties as assigned.

What you'll need to have:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales analysis, sales operations, finance, incentive compensation, or revenue analytics.
  • Experience with advanced formulas, modeling skills, data visualization and/or executive output in Excel.
  • Previously formal leadership experience.

What would be nice for you to have:

  • Expert communication, attention to detail, decision making, and organization skills.
  • Expert planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Varicent Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) system or similar ICM platforms.
  • Able to work with and maintain sensitive and confidential data.
