Position Summary The Internal Family Systems Institute (IFSI) is seeking an experienced Executive Office, Special Projects Manager to support the President/Founder and Vice President in organizing and advancing projects related to their thought leadership. This role serves as a project manager, and integrator-ensuring that the President and Vice President's special projects are executed with excellence and aligned with their overarching goals and the Institute's mission. The Executive Office, Special Projects Manager will report to the Executive Office, Operations and Strategy Lead and will work within the Executive Office team and the IFS Institute to lead, support and/or manage a range of projects. This role may require up to 25% travel annually, both domestically and internationally. Key Responsibilities Strategic Alignment & Executive Support
