Continuous Improvement Project Manager Pay rate: Up to 115k + Bonus Position Overview The Continuous Improvement Project Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating strategic projects that enhance operational performance across the organization. This role sets project goals, defines milestones, identifies roadblocks, and drives the actions needed to eliminate them. Working closely with production, planning, maintenance, and logistics teams, this position leads both short and longterm improvement initiatives aimed at increasing capacity, reducing lead times, improving delivery performance, and elevating product quality. This is an individualcontributor role with high visibility, requiring strong analytical skills, handson problemsolving, and the ability to communicate progress to senior leadership.
