Title: Inventory Control Coordinator Pay Grade: H007P Position Description Position Summary: This role facilitates and ensures inventory accuracy of raw materials and packaging. Daily inventory reconciliation and performing inventory counts as needed while working with other departments to execute production effectively. Essential Functions

Supervisory responsibilities: This position is not supervisory in nature. However, general direction and coordination among co-workers and co-departments regarding planning, prioritizing and problem solving is exercised. Knowledge, skills and abilities:
Minimum qualifications: High School degree or equivalent and 3-5 years of experience related to inventory preferred. Experience in a manufacturing or warehousing environment required. Working conditions: Work is performed mostly in an office atmosphere and manufacturing/warehouse environment. Daily, evening and/or early morning meetings, periodic mandatory overtime and extensive close work will be required; weekend hours may be required. While performing the duties of the job incumbent may be working around moving mechanical parts. The noise level is typically moderate to loud while in the warehouse or production areas. Work is performed Monday through Friday. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training.
