Role Summary The Senior Business Operations Associate is a high-impact individual contributor responsible for driving operational improvement across Field Operations' most critical strategic initiatives. This role partners closely with Field leaders, strategy, revenue, and cross-functional teams to diagnose complex problems, identify root causes, and design and execute practical solutions that improve performance at scale. This role is ideal for a candidate with a consulting, analytics, or strategy background who wants to move beyond recommendations and own real-world implementation in a fast-moving, field-based environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Problem Solving & Initiative Support
- Partner with Field Ops leadership to support the highest-priority strategic initiatives across the organization.
- Break down complex, ambiguous problems into clear problem statements, hypotheses, and work plans.
- Structure analyses to evaluate operational effectiveness across areas such as:
- Field productivity and efficiency
- Production performance and conversion
- Program execution and adoption
- Customer experience and quality outcomes
- Support initiatives spanning multiple domains, including Field Service efficiency, VHE performance, new programs, and operational pilots.
2. Data Analysis & Root Cause Diagnosis
- Conduct deep quantitative and qualitative analysis to understand performance drivers and gaps.
- Identify root causes behind underperformance or variance, moving beyond surface-level symptoms.
- Build clear, defensible insights using data, field context, and stakeholder input.
- Translate findings into practical recommendations grounded in how the Field actually operates.
3. Strategy Development & Solution Design
- Develop improvement strategies, operating models, or intervention plans to address identified gaps.
- Design pilots or experiments to test proposed solutions before scaling.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Technology, Enablement, Scheduling, Finance, Revenue) to shape solutions that are operationally feasible and scalable.
- Ensure strategies are clearly defined, measurable, and aligned with Field execution realities.
4. Execution Support & Change Enablement
- Support implementation of approved initiatives by coordinating stakeholders, tracking progress, and removing blockers.
- Work with Field leaders to translate strategies into executable actions for FSMs and frontline teams.
- Monitor results post-implementation and refine approaches based on outcomes and feedback.
- Help drive adoption by ensuring changes are clearly communicated and supported.
5. Executive Communication & Decision Support
- Prepare concise, insight-driven materials for senior leaders regarding strategic initiatives
- Support leadership decision-making with structured analysis and clear tradeoff framing.
- Serve as a thought partner to leaders by bringing clarity, rigor, and perspective to complex discussions.

- Earn trust with Field leaders through practical, implementable solutions.

Qualifications & Experience
- 4-7 years of experience in management consulting, business operations, strategy, analytics, or a related role.
- Strong problem structuring and analytical skills.
- Experience working with large datasets and translating analysis into action.
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort working cross-functionally and influencing without authority.
- Experience in field-based, operations-heavy environments is a plus.
