As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay visible to help discourage security-related incidents. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license under AU Driver Policy Requirements, supporting mobile patrols and quick response. You will deliver standout customer service and clear communication while working with a caring team that values agility, reliability, innovation, and integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or contractors by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial property location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including supporting de-escalation and notifying site contacts and/or emergency services as required.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas including lobbies, corridors, stairwells, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter routes to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor access points and property activity, assist with visitor direction and/or credential checks as assigned, and help to control entry and exit in accordance with site procedures.
• Complete written reports and log entries for patrols, incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations, and communicate observations to site management and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be 21+ years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
