Short Description The Patient Service Representative will be a resource to the department, patients, families, and health care team members within the scope of their role. They will support the administrative and scheduling needs of the Innovative Delivery Programs including Population Health at Home, Remote Patient Monitoring, Complex and Transitional Care, and other population health programs/initiatives as needed. 1. Answers and fields phone calls and voice mail messages, monitors assigned front desk pools, documents events in patients digital health record, and escalates as appropriate. Education Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent required. License/Certification Requirements NAHAM Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) certification preferred Special Requirements
Hourly Rate Min $17.5
Hourly Rate Max $27
