This role provides portfolio marketing strategy, frameworks, and technical narratives that enable Marketing and Sales Enablement teams to execute consistently and at scale. The role works horizontally across Offering teams, Sales, Product Marketing, and Technology & Solutions Delivery to ensure that portfolio messaging is defensible, differentiated, and aligned to One Lenovo.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Validate and pressure-test technical claims in close partnership with Offering teams and Technology & Solutions Delivery
  • Represent the market, industry, and customer perspective in portfolio discussions and decision-making
  • Continuously synthesize market signals, customer feedback, and competitive movements into actionable portfolio guidance
  • Enable Product Marketing and Sales Enablement teams by providing marketing strategy, narratives, and frameworks
  • Act as the arbiter of portfolio coherence when trade-offs arise between individual offerings and broader SSG priorities

Key Deliverables

  • SSG portfolio narrative framework aligned to One Lenovo
  • Portfolio positioning, differentiation, and messaging as well as guardrails
  • Outcome-oriented, cross-portfolio use case definitions
  • Portfolio-level technical narratives and architectural storytelling
  • Validated technical claims and proof points
  • Market and competitive insights translated into portfolio guidance

  • Reduction in fragmented or offering-centric portfolio messaging
  • Adoption of portfolio use cases and positioning by Product Marketing and Sales Enablement teams
  • Strong internal confidence in technical credibility and defensibility of portfolio claims
  • Improved speed and quality of downstream execution enabled by clear portfolio direction

Basic Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Technical Marketing, or Portfolio Marketing in technology services
