Job Title: Avionic Technician Location with zip code: Greenville, SC 29607 Duration: 6 months plus Shift Timing (Day/ Evening/ Night): 1st Shift - Mon. thru Thurs.; 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM-2nd Shift - Mon. thru Thurs.; 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM Pay Rate: $38/hour on W2 Job Description: You will be the Production Flightline Avionics, F-16 Technician Level 3 for the Greenville Production Flightline and Delivery Team. Our team is responsible for Flightline Operations to include installs of electrical harnesses/wires, continuity testing, System testing, and soldering/termination operations, Launch and Recovery. Working Engineering changes(redlines), MOD experience or Wire Repair is a key skilled needed to ensure success on this assignment. As the Production Flightline Avionics, F-16 Technician Level 3 you will be responsible for Flight Operations, testing/installing electrical harnesses/components, routing various wire/cables, Terminating cables/wires, and performing operational checks to ensure flight readiness. You may also be required to troubleshoot and repairing electrical and avionics systems based on area team. You will sometimes perform other duties such as general mechanic installs, testing, and inspections. Aircraft Flightline Experience is Preferred with Avionics/Electrical Experience. Active Secret Clearance preferred, ATO required, please start clearance process at offer acceptance. Must be able to work 1st or 2nd shift as assigned after training: 1st Shift - Mon. thru Thurs.; 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM 2nd Shift - Mon. thru Thurs.; 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM Required Skills: Must Have 5+ years of Recent Aircraft experience (fighter jet preferred but not required).
