PAY RANGE The Target Pay Range for this position is $141,800.00-$173,300.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $110,100.00 - $204,900.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. IMPACT YOU'LL MAKE:
The Senior Product Owner works with the product leader to translate the product vision into detailed user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria for the credit card origination product. They will manage the backlog and prioritize features for the development team. This role communicates product direction and priorities to delivery teams and stakeholders across the organization, utilizing customized dashboards and delivery roadmaps to support planning and execution. The Senior Product Owner collaborates closely with key stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the product lifecycle and is accountable for the impact of the product, delivery, quality, output, and continuous improvement of the product.
