About the role: The role of a Business Strategy Analyst in the Client Success Enablement team is responsible for analyzingoperations, business needs in order to propose optimized solutions,often related to the operations of account management in the Client Success organization including, processes, scorecards, and system management. Their role consists of identifying problems, collecting and interpreting data, and then translating these insights into concrete recommendations to improve operational or strategic initiatives. Please note: this role is a full-time position with a required hybrid schedule in the posted location. About the team: The Client Success organization provides account management to the companies' more than 14,000 clients and is accountable for delivering a seamless experience while guiding the client through the lifecycle journey. Client Success is also responsible for developing product expertise to drive value realization through product adoption and help clients achieve their business objectives. Our team is on a mission to provide unifiedand proactiverelationship management that delivers value realizationand client loyalty through product usage, expertise and operational agility.
