JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Create and edit branded marketing materials using Canva and Adobe InDesign to support commercial and activation team initiatives.
* Ensure visual and messaging consistency across all digital and branded assets.
* Monitor and audit Amazon Brand Registry listings for brand compliance and accuracy.
* Identify unauthorized resellers and potential policy violations.
* Open, track, and manage cases within Amazon Brand Registry to resolve compliance issues.
* Support ongoing content updates, digital initiatives, and brand activation projects as needed.
* Collaborate with internal marketing stakeholders to maintain brand integrity across platforms.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Proficiency in Canva and Adobe InDesign (required)
* Strong attention to detail with a focus on brand consistency
* Experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Amazon Brand Registry (preferred)
* Excellent written communication skills
* Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively within a part-time schedule
* Highly organized, self-motivated, and dependable
* Comfortable navigating digital platforms and clearly reporting issues
* Passion for brand integrity and visual excellence
