Job Title: Project Manager, Marketing & Communications Pay: $30-35/hour Location: New York, NY (Hybrid- 6 days/month on site) About the Role We're seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join our Marketing & Communications team. You'll play a key role in supporting marketing campaigns, creative workflows, and cross-functional initiatives across the organization. This is a hands-on role where you'll collaborate with multiple teams, coordinate projects from start to finish, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality marketing materials. Responsibilities Project Management & Coordination Maintain and update project and campaign schedules, assignments, and assets in Monday.com. Track progress, collect status updates, and ensure deadlines are met. Facilitate communication across Marketing & Communications, Resource Development, Community Impact, and Strategic Initiatives teams. Coordinate approvals and manage feedback processes among internal stakeholders. Support vendor engagement when necessary. Generate reports on team performance, project progress, and requests for work. Creative & Design Support Manage creative workflows to ensure brand consistency across all assets. Work closely with the Director of Creative to support production of marketing materials, campaigns, and design content. Maintain and organize the organization's photo, video, and design asset libraries. Collaborate with teams to align creative output with campaign goals. Ensure all materials meet brand standards and accessibility requirements. Campaign Execution Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, web, social, and print. Track campaign progress and deliverable deadlines. Compile post-campaign reports summarizing performance and lessons learned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in marketing project management or communications coordination. Experience managing creative workflows and timelines using project management tools (Monday.com preferred). Strong organizational, multitasking, and detail-oriented skills. Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and manage feedback efficiently. Familiarity with design and content production processes (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva). Knowledge of digital marketing channels and campaign execution best practices.
